Hi there, we are one of the two studentNAVS groups here in Southampton. We are made up of students from the two Universities and many different churches in Southampton. Our purpose is to help each other be disciples of Jesus Christ and make him known on campus. If you are looking for a safe place to interact with key spiritual questions or you are looking for support and a small group Bible study then southamptonNAVS is for you.
Our experience of discipleship has often seemed at best very re-active in that when things go wrong older Christians draw alongside us to help us. We however aim to offer proactive discipleship by investing in individuals so that when the hard times do come there is that platform for support already in place.
If Moses had not trained Joshua, if Elijah had not trained Elisha, and if Barnabas had not trained Paul, stop to consider the great good the entire world would have lost. Now it's our turn to invest in the lives of others, using Jesus as our example to follow. He invested in a few, and they changed the world for Him!!
southamptonNAVS is a dynamic community of students who are seeking to increasingly know Jesus and make him known on the campus' of Southampton.
